At the January 22, 2026 meeting for the member clubs, we awarded several donations to youth programs supported by several clubs. One of the members suggested that we might want to consider raising the annual fee to $30 to allow us to provide additional support. The fees are currently used only for 2 purposes. The first is to pay the costs for the calendar, such as hosting fees, software and domain registration, etc. All work for editing the site and record keeping is done on a volunteer basis. A small reserve is held for unexpected costs. The remaining funds are distributed to youth and new shooter programs. We are looking for feedback from the member clubs regarding a possible cost increase for the 2027 calendar. Fees were $10 prior to 2017 and increased to $20 in 2017. I WILL BE SWITCHING TO A DIFFERENT HOSTING SERVICE AND, AS A RESULT, THE SITE MAY BE DOWN FOR A SHORT TIME DURING THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY 8. YOU MAY WISH TO PRINT A COPY OF THE PDF CALENDAR AS A BACKUP FOR WHILE THE SITE IS DOWN. THANK YOU. |
